Shipping policy
Fulfilled by Supliful
1. Order Processing Time
All NaiiKo products are freshly prepared and fulfilled by our trusted partner Supliful.
Processing Time:
- 2–5 business days for fulfillment
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
- During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take 1–2 additional days
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times & Carriers
Supliful ships orders using major carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (for some international regions)
Estimated delivery after fulfillment:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days
Delivery time varies based on location and customs processing.
Please note: All delivery estimates are approximate and depend on carrier performance.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Shipment weight
- Supliful’s carrier rates
- Selected shipping speed
NaiiKo does not add additional handling fees beyond Supliful’s costs.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking Notes:
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
- Some international carriers update tracking only when the package reaches the destination country
If tracking stops updating for several days, please contact the carrier first, then email us at support@naiico.com

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If a wrong or incomplete address was entered:
- Supliful cannot modify the address once the order is in fulfillment
- Packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address are not refundable
- Customers are responsible for reshipment fees if the package returns to Supliful
Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address so we can try to stop the order before fulfillment begins.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once Supliful hands your package to the shipping carrier, NaiiKo is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Late deliveries
- Stolen packages from your address
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Check safe drop areas
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Email us at support@naiico.com after completing the above steps
We will assist you in filing a claim, but replacements for stolen packages are not guaranteed, as Supliful does not cover theft.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@naiico.com

To process your claim, Supliful requires:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
8. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs fees
- Duties
- VAT
- Import taxes
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays caused by customs are not controlled by NaiiKo or Supliful.
9. Fulfillment Partner Notice (Required)
NaiiKo uses Supliful as a fulfillment partner.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Supliful handles production, packaging, and shipping
- Orders cannot be modified once Supliful begins fulfillment
- Shipping delays, damage, or errors may require documentation for resolution
- NaiiKo cannot directly control delivery timelines after orders are handed over to the carrier
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene standards for skincare products and Supliful’s fulfillment structure:
- Only unopened, unused products may be returned
- Returns must follow our official Return & Refund Policy
- Supliful does not accept returned packages at their warehouse
- All returns must be initiated through NaiiKo customer support
